Conditions of Use
All orders placed with JP USA constitute the acknowledgement and acceptance of all conditions listed on JPUSACO.COM Price List and all conditions listed below.
PAYMENT INFO
All aerodynamics and body components are manufactured with fiberglass, carbon fiber, and or Polyurethane. Due to the material used in production, body kits are NOT to be a direct bolt-on. These body kits may require prepping, sanding, shaving, filling, cutting, or other extensive body work. These modifications may include removal or cutting of the reinforcement bars. By complying with our policies, customer understands the procedure and possible difficulty in installing the body kit. We highly recommend that a skilled professional body shop with custom body experience perform the installation.
PAYMENT INFO
All parts shall remain the property of JP USA until paid in full. ALL orders shipped to a California Address must pay 8.25% California Sales Tax. This is required by the California State Board of Equalization. All prices, materials, design, color, contents included with a product, and product specifications are subject to change without notice. Some product images may be shown with optional items that are sold separately.
All Credit Card Orders can only be shipped to a verified Billing Address. Credit Card Orders will not be shipped until all information are verified and matched. All other orders (Cashiers Check, Money Order) will not be shipped until payment has been received in full. All unpaid orders will be cancelled after 14 calendar days.
SHIPPING
Depending on the product(s) ordered and the destination of the order, certain shipping services may not be available. JP USA reserves the right to change the method of shipping suited to the product(s) ordered and the destination of the package(s). Shortage and Damage claims must be made within 24 hours of receipt date. It is the responsibility of the customer/installer to verify the correctness of size and application of all parts before installation. All claims for damaged merchandise must be made with the shipping carrier. WHEN ORDER IS SHIPPED BY TRUCK, you must inspect the goods at the time of delivery BEFORE SIGNING THE BILL OF LADING. If driver does not allow inspection of the goods, MARK BILL OF LADING "POSSIBLE CONCEALED DAMAGE"! Please keep all shipping cartons and all packing materials for carrier inspection. JP USA cannot initiate any claims with the carrier. Any refused shipments sent back to JP USA does not constitute the right to a refund or credit. It is the customer's responsibility to make all arrangements with JP USA for refused shipments. It is company policy to charge the customer all freight charges associated with the shipment and a 20% restocking fee on all products shipped.
BACKORDER
All back orders items must be paid in full at the time of order. All back orders and custom orders will be processed in the most timely and efficient manner possible; however, JP USA will not be held responsible for delays above and beyond its control. ETA for product is available at time of ordering.
Any refused shipments sent back to JP USA does not constitute the right to a refund or credit. It is the customer's responsibility to make all arrangements with JP USA for refused shipments. It is company policy to charge the customer all freight charges associated with the shipment and a minimum of 15% restocking fee on all products shipped.
SPECIAL ORDER
All special order products require 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of ordering. We do not allow cancellations on any special ordered items as they are all made to order custom parts. All special orders will take 60-90 days until arrival.
INSTALLATION
We at JP USA strive to manufacturer and produce quality fitment products however we recommend work done to the product not limited to: shaving, cutting, prepping, sanding, painting, installing, etc., be done by a trained professional or a professional body shop to guarantee best results. Please note that any work done to the product automatically disqualifies the item for return or warranty. It is the responsibility of the customer to verify the correctness of size and application of all parts before installation.
WARRANTY
All items are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of the shipment to you. Warranty claims must be made within 24 hours of receipt date. Failure to do so will result in a waiver of customer's right to return the merchandise. It is the responsibility of the customer to verify the correctness of size and application of all parts before installation. All parts are carefully inspected before being shipped. Parts returned for warranty will be exchanged or credited at our option. JP USA will not back warranty request due to shipping damage, improper handling, installation, abuse, neglect, accidents or competition use. No labor or inconvenience may be included in any warranty claims. Warranty claims apply to the parts only and do not cover labor, installation, paint, or other incidental charges. Customer will be responsible for all shipping and handling fees.
It is the customer's responsibility to retain any and all invoices for their record and warranty claims.
RETURN
In the event that a purchased item must be returned; please contact a JP USA representative. Customer must notify JP USA within 24 hours after receiving merchandise. Failure to do so will result in a waiver of customer's right to return the merchandise. It is the responsibility of the customer to verify the correctness of size and application of all parts before installation. RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER must be issued before any returns can be made. We will not accept any returns without this number. The Return Authorization Number does not imply a replacement or refund, but only that we will inspect the merchandise based on your claim. Returns must be sent freight prepaid and insured by you. A refund, exchange, or core return will not be considered until all relevant items, hardware, and accessories have been returned to JP USA. All authorized returns are subject to a minimum of 15% handling fee. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless the wrong item was shipped to the customer. For all returned merchandise, freight charges must be pre-paid and insured by customer unless otherwise instructed by JP USA.

LIABILITY
All body-kits, aero-kits and accessories have been designed and are intended for off-highway application. We at JP USA will not be held responsible for any claims arising from the use of this product. Federal and many state laws prohibit the removal or modification of safety items in a vehicle (not limited to mirrors and bumper re-enforcements) used on public highways. Violation of such laws may subject the owner or user to a fine or penalty. Installation of this part may void the warranty coverage, if any, on your vehicle. Vehicles modified by the use of external body modifications may no longer be lawfully used on public highways. User assumes all monetary cost and risks associated with these and other import items.
